Ellen Taylor owns and runs Fashion & Art Revival, selling women’s designer clothing, period costumes, vintage garments, tuxedo rental, and high-end consignment in Jefferson, Texas. The entire city of Jefferson owes its historic charm to its hayday in the mid-1800s (1850 – 1870). There are endless opportunities to dress in costume in Jefferson.
